You can order 100% grass fed, pasture-raised lamb custom-butchered by the whole, half, and quarter lamb.
Our delicious, fresh lamb will be butchered into legs, racks, chops, stew cubes, sausage, roasts or however you desire. Each cut will come vacuum packaged for freezing or can be used right away.
The price is $4.50 per pound “on the hoof”, which means live weight plus tax. This equates to about $9.00 per pound for the whole, half or quarter lamb plus tax.
Once it’s ready, you can pick up your fresh lamb direction on our farm or get it delivered for an additional $20.00.

To reserve your Easter or Holiday Lamb, pay a $40.00 deposit for your order. The rest of the order should be paid at pick up or delivery. For those seeking kosher fresh-lamb from our farm, we are hoping to offer that shortly.
