Grass-fed, pasture-raised beef and lamb is available
wholesale at East Lynn Farm.
Here at the farm, our goal is to raise happier, healthier animals.
As a by-product of that mission, our livestock yields higher quality meat with more flavor, lower fat content, and greater nutritional value. Our cattle and sheep are raised humanely with minimal human intervention. They have abundant pasture for grazing with no limitations on grass.
We eschew any farming practices that cause harm to animals and refrain from giving them antibiotics or supplemental feed unless medically necessary, which occurs infrequently, thanks to a diet of grass and lots of time spent outdoors. We also don’t separate calves from their mothers and allow them to wean naturally, avoiding the stresses of forced weaning.
All livestock is butchered off-site, and although we don’t offer individual cuts, the meat you purchase can be butchered into your preferred cuts, whether that’s a splendid lamb shank shared with friends to welcome Spring or thick Porterhouse steaks for the grill to celebrate a promotion at work!
We’re happy to provide beef and lamb for your holiday festivities, including Christmas, Easter, Greek Easter, Ramadan, Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, and Ethopian New Year. Here are examples of cuts for beef and for lamb.
Meat is parceled in serving-size portions (1 lb. of ground beef, 2 steaks, etc.) in high-grade, freezer-safe packaging, making it easy to unpack into a freezer or split with your friends. Customers are responsible for the butchering fee.
